This Privacy Policy for personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) is a public Agreement concluded between the owner of the online store IP "Oylab" (Seller) and the Buyer in accordance with Article 387 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is based on the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On personal data and their protection", applies to information containing personal data of Buyers, which the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) may receive about Buyers during their use of the website of the Online Store.

1. Definition of terms

1.1. Personal data - information related to a specific or determinable subject of personal data, recorded on electronic, paper and (or) other tangible media.

1.2. Non-personal data - information that is automatically transmitted during the Buyer's viewing of advertising blocks and when visiting pages on which the system's statistical script is installed: the address of the requested page, cookie information, IP address, browser information, referrer (address of the previous page), access time.

1.3. Collection of personal data - actions aimed at obtaining personal data.

1.4. Processing of personal data - actions aimed at accumulating, storing, changing, supplementing, using, distributing, depersonalizing, blocking and destroying personal data.

1.5. Protection of personal data - a set of measures, including legal, organizational and technical, carried out for the purposes established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On personal data and their protection".

1.7. Website Services - all services available for use on the website https://www.linkedpro.me and subdomains.

1.8. Buyer - a user of the Online store.

1.9. Seller - IP "Oylab", which is the owner of the Online store, IIN 960320350759

1.10. Cookies are small text files that the browser uses to record data from websites visited by Buyers. Cookies perform a number of functions, such as allowing the Buyer to navigate between pages efficiently, remembering their preferences, and thus improving the user experience. 1.11. IP address is a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol, allowing you to determine the location of the Buyer

2. Subject of the Privacy Policy

2.1. This Privacy Policy sets forth the Seller's obligations to maintain confidentiality and ensure protection of the privacy of personal data that the Buyer provides at the Seller's request when registering on the website of the Online Store and/or when placing an order to purchase a product.

2.2. Personal data permitted to be processed within the framework of this Privacy Policy are provided by the Buyer by filling out the registration form on the website of the Online Store and include the following information:

2.2.1. the Buyer's last name, first name, patronymic (patronymic - optional);

2.2.2. the Buyer's contact phone number;

2.2.3. e-mail address;

2.2.4. images uploaded and generated using the linkedpro.me service

2.3. Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is also subject to secure storage and non-dissemination, except for cases provided in paragraph 4.3.2. and paragraph 4.4. of this Privacy Policy.

3. Purposes of collecting and processing personal data of Buyers

3.1. The Seller collects, processes and stores only those personal data that are necessary for the provision of Services and/or the purchase of Goods by the Buyer from the catalog of the Online Store.

3.2. The Seller uses the Buyer's personal data for the following purposes:

3.2.1. identifying the Buyer to place an order and/or conclude an Agreement for providing access to the service;

3.2.2. processing and receiving payments from the Buyer;

3.2.3. generating images;

3.2.4. providing the Buyer with effective customer support;

3.2.5. providing the Buyer with personalized Services;

3.2.6. communicating with the Buyer, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Services, the provision of services, as well as processing requests and applications from the Buyer;

3.2.7. improving the quality of the Services, the ease of use, developing new Services;

3.2.8. informing the Buyer about events and promotions;

3.2.9. conducting statistical and other research based on non-personal data, as well as optimizing advertising messages.

3.3. The Seller shall not be liable for information provided by the Buyer on the website in a publicly available form.

3.4. The Seller shall not be liable for any losses that the Buyer may incur as a result of his login and password becoming known to a third party.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties

4.1. The Buyer is obliged to:

4.1.1. provide information about personal data necessary for using the Online Store;

4.1.2. change, supplement the information provided in the event of detection of incorrect data when using the Online Store.

4.2. The Buyer has the right:

4.2.1. to access and edit information about personal data at any time through the web interface provided within the services.

4.3. The Seller is obliged to:

4.3.1. use the received information solely for the purposes specified in Section 3 of this Privacy Policy;

4.3.2. ensure that confidential information is kept secret, and not disclose the transferred personal data without the prior written permission of the Buyer, with the exception of transferring data for the purpose of fulfilling the Buyer's order (to courier services, postal organizations, banks, etc.), as well as to authorized state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4.3.3. take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect such information.

4.4. The Seller has the right to provide access to collect and analyze non-personal data of Buyers to third parties for statistical purposes and optimization of advertising messages. The use of non-personal data by third parties is governed by their own privacy policies, and the Online Store is not responsible for their use.

5. Other terms

5.1. The Buyer's use of the Online Store means his unconditional consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the Buyer's personal data by the Seller.

5.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Buyer must stop using the Site, the Online Store.

5.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the website of the Online Store https://www.linkedpro.me and subdomains. The online store is not responsible for third-party websites that the Buyer can access via links available on the online store website.

5.4. The Seller, due to the specifics of the method of obtaining information, does not check the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer and does not monitor their relevance. However, the Seller assumes that the Buyer provides accurate personal data and keeps this data up to date. The Buyer bears all responsibility, as well as possible consequences for providing inaccurate or outdated personal data.

5.5. Disabling Cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the online store website that require authorization.

5.6. The online store collects statistics on the IP addresses of its Buyers. This information is used to identify and resolve technical problems, to control the legality of financial payments.

5.7. The current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relations between the Buyer and the Seller.

5.8. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change this Privacy Policy to further improve the security system in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
